Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a coach, consultant, and founder of the Coluby Group LLC.

I'm on a mission to empower businesses like yours to thrive and flourish. Imagine achieving significant revenue growth through smart marketing, innovative product development, and seamless digital transformation—all while having fun in the process!

My superpower lies at the intersection of strategy, leadership, marketing, and communications. With a track record of proven results built over 25+ years of leading teams and developing innovative solutions at top US banks and tech companies, I navigate challenges alongside you to achieve your goals.

I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners turn their challenges into opportunities.

My passion is to help my clients create transformative change. As a former bank and tech executive, I now work with high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals by simplifying and focusing on the critical few items that drive change.

A citizen of the world, I currently live near Cleveland, Ohio, with my husband, two sons, and two dogs. This is my 30th home in my life. (The average American lives in 7 homes in their entire life.) Previously, I lived in Taiwan, Chile, Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico, and 8 US states.

Due to living and studying in a few countries, I speak Spanish, some Portuguese, and a little Mandarin. I am learning German, Italian, and Hebrew for recent and upcoming trips. It was hard to learn Spanish, but now that I have knowledge of a few languages, it’s become a little easier to learn more. There are more frameworks to leverage: Italian is a Romance Language like Spanish & Portuguese; many similar word roots exist. I am learning the Hebrew alphabet; my limited knowledge of Mandarin helps provide structure. Studying German brought up memories of words and phrases my German grandmother used when I was little.

I earned my MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, focusing on Marketing in Latin America, and a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University. I am certified in Women’s Entrepreneurship, Advanced Design Thinking, Scrum Product Ownership, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I earned my First Class Award from USA Girl Scouts Overseas while growing up in Taiwan (corporate ex-pat), and I was an exchange student in HS to Chile (AFS).
